How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?

We respond to every enquiry within one working day, and usually much sooner during office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 EET). If your request is urgent, mention it in your message and we'll prioritise it.

Is the site assessment really free?

Yes — completely free and with no obligation. We visit, measure the scope and provide a fixed-price proposal. You are under no commitment to proceed, and there is never any pressure to sign.

What information should I include?

The more we know, the more accurate your quote. Helpful details include your premises type (office, clinic, warehouse, etc.), approximate floor area in m², location/district, how often you need cleaning, and any special requirements such as out-of-hours access or medical-grade hygiene.

Do you cover my area of Kyiv?

We serve every district of Kyiv and the Greater Kyiv region, including Brovary, Irpin and Bucha for larger contracts. If you're unsure, just ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover you to our usual standard.

Can I get a one-off clean rather than a contract?

Absolutely. As well as ongoing contracts we provide one-off deep cleans, post-construction handovers and event turnarounds. Tell us the date and scope and we'll quote it separately.
