These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at purespaceskyiv.com and the engagement of commercial cleaning services provided by Pure Spaces Kyiv LLC ("Pure Spaces Kyiv", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms refers to that entity.

2. Description of Services

Pure Spaces Kyiv provides professional commercial cleaning services in Kyiv, Ukraine, including but not limited to: daily and periodic office cleaning, retail and showroom cleaning, warehouse and industrial cleaning, medical and dental facility cleaning, post-construction clean-up and event cleaning. The specific scope, frequency and pricing of services for each client are set out in a written Service Agreement entered into between Pure Spaces Kyiv and the client prior to commencement.

This website provides general information about our services. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or acceptance capable of forming a binding contract for services; a binding agreement arises only upon execution of a written Service Agreement.

3. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

When using this website you agree that you will not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable Ukrainian or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through the contact form or by any other means.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or associated systems.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy or republish content from this website without our prior written consent.
  • Use the website to impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. Service Agreements and Client Obligations

Where you engage Pure Spaces Kyiv to provide cleaning services, the following apply in addition to any written Service Agreement:

  • You will provide our teams with safe, lawful access to the premises at agreed times, including any access codes, keys or passes required.
  • You will inform Pure Spaces Kyiv of any hazardous substances, fragile items, restricted areas or special cleaning requirements relevant to the premises before service commences.
  • You will ensure that the contact information and billing details you provide are accurate and kept up to date.
  • Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in a suspension of service and the application of statutory interest in accordance with Ukrainian law.

6. Liability and Service Standards

Pure Spaces Kyiv carries appropriate public liability insurance covering accidental damage to client property caused by our staff during cleaning operations. To make a claim you must notify us within 24 hours of a service visit by contacting info@purespaceskyiv.com. Damage arising from pre-existing defects, inappropriate storage of items by the client or events outside our reasonable control is excluded.

We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from a cleaning service, or for the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information on this website.

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any information will be up to date or complete. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw website content at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ukrainian law, Pure Spaces Kyiv LLC's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website shall not exceed UAH 1,000. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Pure Spaces Kyiv has no control over such sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
